Tesca Travel - Artist Led Tours to Cuba

Tomás Guilarte is a Cuban dancer, choreographer, and instructor. He attended Havana’s prestigious Instituto Superior de Arte and has choreographed and danced for such groups as Danza Abierta, Danza Libra and Danza Contemporanea de Cuba. As a teacher Guilarte has trained a generation of Cuban dancers. Internationally he has taught modern dance workshops throughout Europe. A major figure in Cuban dance, Tomás appears on the cover of the book Contemporary Dance in Cuba: Técnica Cubana as Revolutionary Movement.

Little has studied, performed, and recorded in Cuba extensively over the last twenty years. A skilled organizer, Little has coordinated trips to Cuba for organizations such as the American Composers Forum, the Chicago Children's Choir, Project Por Amor, and Putney Student Travel. He has also crafted and led individualized itineraries for professional musicians and world-class photographers. 

As a performer Little has worked with major Latin music artists such as Tito Puente Jr, Nachito Herrera, Chuchito Valdés, and  Grammy winner Mayito Rivera.
